I've noticed two skipped production codes from the 6th and 7th seasons. I'm curious if anyone has ever noticed this before or have started any conversations regarding this?

Of course, I am aware of several other scrapped episodes:
* "Funny You Should Scream" By Jina Bacarr. Unspecified season, but she said JMS was the showrunner and the premise does sound very S1-2-ish.
* "Midnight on the Lady M" By J. Michael Straczynski. S3/2nd ABC. Unused outline. No S3 codes are skipped.
* Unused third Lofficier pitch. Only a pitch and was too late for production.
* "Comrade Ghost" and "If This is 1930, Then This Must be Soho" by Steve Perry. Apparently mentioned on his website. Unspecified season, but he only wrote for S2/Syndicated, so unlikely (not impossible) to be S6-7.
I should also mention that storyboards for "You Can't Teach an Old Demon New Tricks" from S6 has both a "The Real Ghostbusters 89" title, likely hinting it began development during S5, as well as a S6 production code (140503). I also think I heard something about JMS saying "The Halloween Door" was one of his last scripts, despite it airing in S5 (though it didn't have a production code) and him having at least three more episodes that aired in S6.

That, combined with all episodes being recorded in their airing years (all four Season 7 episodes were recorded in 1991) as well as Janine having another design update in S7, suggests to me that some episode scripts were probably held back, then sent into major production in the following year(s). This oppose to completing production within its original season, then just being withheld from airing (The Simpsons Season 20 being a notable example as the visuals update mid-season following the episodes held over from S19). Maybe they were even scripted and storyboarded in one season but planned from the beginning to be produced in a succeeding season. S6 and S7 have similar prod' codes (1405xx and 1406xx), much like S1 and S2 (750xx and 760xx) which we know were being produced at roughly the same time.
I don't know if I'm just looking too much into this but still, it does make me wonder; Since they're the only absent production codes, do you think they actually got to a major stage in production? Was there was any substantial work done on these scrapped episodes? Could there be storyboards and even unfinished animation, more so than the other scrapped episodes we know of? In the case of 140604, it does mean that S7 nearly had more than just four episodes (though really, whose surprised?).
