Pretty sure that they're entirely different voltages, unless the circuit board says otherwise. For example, some kits are labelled "VIN 3.7-12V", which means they can run from any voltage in that range.
But the Spirit pack runs off 4.5V, and the Jupiter kit runs off 9V. So if you try to connect 4.5V to the jupiter kit it may not power up (undervoltage), if you connect 9V to the Spirit pack it might burn out (overvoltage, aka "releasing the smoke monster").
You can buy DC converters (also known as a "buck converter"), that would allow you to convert the voltage from one to the other, if you really need to run everything from one power supply.
