A random thought occurred to me today We know when the main IDW and 2020 timelines diverged from the afterlife timeline. It was while the guy were having the firehouse fixed post first movie. In the IDW timelines they decided to spend extra money to replace the destroyed tin ceiling and brick floor. Meanwhile in the afterlife timeline the guys cheaped out as we can see in Adam's video in the frozen empire set.
