With the success of Tobin's Spirit Guide and Spates Catalog just about to ship... we figured now is the time to start on the Roylance Guide to Secret Sects & Societies. Above is a digital mock-up of what the book is intended to look like. Here are some key points:
Dark brown leather cover with embossed design and gold foiled title to match Tobin's & Spates.
Size will be between Tobin's and Spates, making the three tomes an aesthetically mismatched matching set.
The book will be dated at 1905 with the main text based on a late 19th C book about secret societies. The text will be entirely rewritten for internal consistency, with countless pop-culture references throughout.
A matching binding relic will also be included as an optional extra (this time an antique silver with lapis lazuli stone). We're hoping to have the text finished later this year with an early 2027 release date.
