You remember the pack. Sticker instead of powercell lights. SLO BOL decal on the wand. Molded in bumper...
I basically ripped this thing apart and rebuilt it.

The Powercell sticker. Yeah. That was pretty bad.

The bodywork was extensive. These packs are made of heavy flexible vinyl type material, so I used auto body filler used for plastic car bumpers. I added lot of lights. A bluetooth speaker. ALICE frame. Hasbro 1984 wand with a keep alive kit.
I had to make some of the aluminum and copper parts myself because this pack is oversized. I'd say it's probably 110% scale.
Everything, including the wand is powered by 12 volt batteries. It will run for days on a single charge, even with the rumble feature running all the time.
I really like the end result.
I know it is not "screen accurate". I restore cars and build hot rods. That was how I tackled this project. This is my "Hot rod" proton pack.
