I have a Motorola MT-500 that I lucked into, but I was not able to find another one for my daughter from the same source.
I went with the next best thing. A Spirit Radio combined with the Moby Sign Company latest sticker kit.The kit comes with everything you will need to make your Spirit Radio look like this!
She has a leather holster, but if you don't, the kit comes with a sticker for the stock holster to cover the Ghostbusters logo:
