Decided to finally tackle the famous colander helmet from the first film. Most of the research I used to assemble it was either screenshots from the movie or replicas made by CountSpatula or ManCavePuzzles.

Found one of the accurate colanders on eBay, drilled out the rivets holding in the handles and feet, and also gave it a coat of aluminum spray paint (this wasn't really necessary, but the colander was very tarnished, and I wanted it to look newer. Attempting to shine it would've taken ages.). Purchased all of the necessary screws and wire on Amazon and at my local hardware store, and 3D printed the insulators (designed by Fer451 on Thingiverse) on my Ender 3. I made a chin strap using the cup of a Cliff Keen head strap and added blue adhesive letters to somewhat resemble the Pro-tec logo. This didn't work as well as I wanted, as they're slightly too big, so I'm gonna try and find smaller ones.

The project itself took about a week and a half in total, but that was mostly due to waiting for parts to arrive. The actual assembly was done in about 6 hours. It's technically only about 99% finished, as I'm still waiting for a second RH-50 to arrive.

I'm sure some parts are probably inaccurately placed, but I'm really happy with how it turned out!
