Wanted to build a "non-functioning" belt hanger with just basic lighting. Got a fair bit into the build when I decided to put it on hold while I worked on other stuff. Waiting on materials to continue my current project, so hopped back over to this to fill the down time. Still miles away from finished.
Decided to go for a semi-heroish look. A fair bit of the build is resin printed Charlesworth parts with a mix of scratchbuilt wood, styrene and aluminum. Since I was building a semi-hero I decided to go ahead and make it a smoker, which has made it just as heavy as my fully functioning trap, and, therefore, completely defeated the original purpose of the build being a lightweight belt trap. I was initially going to go the drop-in route for the smoke using one available from some of the Haslab modding guys, but decided the smoke output was a bit anemic for my tastes. When I think smoking trap, I think post-ballroom bust trap that's absolutely billowing smoke, so I tried to replicate that.

Here's a few pictures of the current, unfinished state and some older in-progress build shots. Wasn't really happy with the first set of doors I made, so I ended up re-printing in a different type of resin, and they came out a lot better. Also, placeholder screws abound in the build progress photos while test fitting parts, but those obviously have been replaced with their proper bolts at this stage.
