While it's fun to imagine, making a real proton pack is a bit unrealistic. The science just doesn't add up, especially the idea of a rubberized light beam. The cyclotron and power systems would be impossible to replicate without insane amounts of energy, and even then, it would be incredibly dangerous. Cool thought experiment, but not something that could work in the real world
