EctoLabs do small runs, and they sell out very fast. You can sign up to be notified for their next run, not too sure how soon that will be. In the past he's done assembled kits for an extra fee, so that's an option you could discuss if you go for one on the next run. There's not really anyone else doing them to that standard though.
