Much clearer image of the side which appears to show a 10mm amber diffused LED in a black plastic panel mount led holder similar to this (I only had yellow to hand).

We can also see the triangular hazard signs much clearer. They have black outer borders, yellow inner ones, black middles and yellow symbols. They represent Laser Hazard and Optical Radiation hazard according to ISO 7010.

The 'Caution Radioactive Materials' sign appears to have a white border after the Black.
The red and green LEDs on the front appear to just be regular 5MM ones just pushed through and probably glued from behind rather than utilising cliplites.
