Hey all! Work continues on my Q-Pack. Almost done sanding the shell! Right now I'm looking at accessories and I think I wanna make the crank knob functional.
I've seen some people like Adam Savage have put a mini generator inside that part of the shell, I'm having a hard time tracking down exactly what hardware I need to get to make that happen. It doesn't need to actually power anything on my pack, really I'm just after something that'll make a cool noise and feel correct - even something like the mechanism in one of those pull back toy cars might work for this task?
I bought the crank knob here from GBfans, so bonus points if anyone can point me to a lil generator that's compatible out of the box with that knob!
