I'm actually really glad you bumped this thread. Seeing that Humvee gave me the ambition to make of these. They search for the right Hummer and equipment is currently underway.
Any idea where this Hummer pic was from before the Photoshop? I'm trying to find this exact hummer.
(Yes I realize this is extremely old. But I figured I would ask!)
Maybe I'll start a new thread once I make actual physical process.
Hey there are occasionally Humvees available from the government with different body styles:
Ambulance
Helmet Top
Slant Back
...but maybe try to wait to find one that at least runs! Civilian H1s also had several body styles but they tend to be quite a bit more expensive.
