This is from a Disney+ show called "Prop Culture" which they first released in May 2020, so the interview was probably filmed in 2019. It's hosted by Dan Lanigan, who runs the Cinema Relics YouTube channel (also on Instagram).

It was a great show so I'm glad he's able to share clips from it now, the Rick Moranis interview was definitely a highlight but there's a lot of other amazing footage that I hope people get to see. I really hope that he's eventually able to release full episodes, so much time and effort went into making them.
