So what do you do if you have created a local chapter? Do you just enter the info on here and then your become a local franchise?

I did have a frequent poster to this forum help me out with advising me on how to build my GB2 pack and thrower. I finished that a few years ago and have been collecting other props since. I also get to do my first make-a-wish event in May and I am super happy.
