Ghost Traps • Re: Subtle differences between GB and GB traps and pedals

There were four aluminium hero traps made for GB1, and the yellow rod trap was a stunt trap. The yellow rod trap did have the front plate decals as well. There was also a lightweight foam trap made for GB1.

In terms of the pedal, the base is different between GB1 and GB2, the "ears" at the hinge end are different sizes on the GB2 pedal. GB1 used 26 pin ribbon cable, GB2 was 20 pin. The d-sub was totally different between the two films too. The sticker on the relay Hammond box was different too (two halves of a larger label, also seen on the containment unit). The screws in the base were different (GB1 slotted, GB2 Phillips). The relay had a socket for GB2, and was just glued onto the Hammond box for GB1. GB1 pedal had a resistor under the pedal plate, that the red and yellow tubing attached to, this was absent for GB2 and the tubing just seems to feed into holes under the pedal plate. The bellows was different material between the two as well. There's probably some other bits I'm forgetting too.
