Out of interest, when Ray and Winston are having their argument in Frozen Empire, do you think it's at the PRC or at the Firehouse?
For some reason the environment looks like the stairwell area at Firestation 23 in LA that is between the floors.
(obviously it wasn't the real No.23).
It may have been the PRC after all. Just wondering what people's opinions are.
EDIT: Actually scrap that, the stair balusters look nothing like the firehouse. It's probably the PRC.
