While I disagree with the last two sentences, the video nails a lot of the problems.
I think the fact that only 2 ghosts get busted in the return of Ghostbusters to NYC yet we have 13 characters... stems from the fact that neither Jason or Gil are action movie directors. They are primarily writers of character based movies. So we got this weird movie that was a mix of everything with 13 characters vying for a role and character arcs.
I really think they should turn this franchise into a series and have spin off movies from that.
