I'd really recommend trying it yourself. You can get all of the parts off amazon to do this for about $70 and that includes 3 arduino spares, 8 spare led sticks for the powergraph, and one spare for the jewel. Code and instructions are here and many beginners have done it successfully

If I were to build it I'd charge quite a bit on top of parts if I had the time.
