I'm a PS4 user. I have activated Tenure to go from 2 to 3... and now 2.5hrs later the alleyway placeholder card is still showing with the disc activity wheel is going round with the music playing. I recall it taking a while, the first time, when I went from Tenure 1 to 2, .... but not this long!
Anyone else experienced a very long process for advancing to the next Tenure level?
