Unfortunately I don't think anything else exists.
If you use a site like Thangs it will search across multiple 3D file sites (Thingiverse, Printables, Cults3D) and show you every match. There's only about 3 different PKE holsters.
One of them I'm using, I just had to scale the "bucket" larger to fit my HalloweenCostumes PKE, but then used a Dremel to hack a larger hole in the bottom. It's good enough until I can find something better when I build my Iona PKE.
You could 3D model your own in Tinkercad. Or you could buy something from a hardware store (like a belt holder for a hammer or tape measure etc) which might work or be easily modified. Or you could learn leather working (I made my belt fobs from cheap vinyl pencil cases, glue, fasteners etc). Or, find a seller who offers a Matty PKE holster.

But unfortunately unless someone has some secret STL files they haven't shared yet, you probably won't be able to just print something.
