My top 10 from that era would be... well Boogieman and Samhain sequels and The Grundel obviously but the other ones that are gems imo are:
-Sticky Business
--The Stay Puft team up episode
-Big Trouble with Little Slimer
--The Peck episode
-The Copycat
--Always it was a fun done-in-one episode, the GBs and Slimer have to deal with a trickster threat in the Firehouse. RGB did a lot of things before the movies did, eh?
-Robo-Buster
--A nice look at what happens when someone tries to muscle the Ghostbusters out of their niche business
-The Brooklyn Triangle
--A great Winston episode and neat mythology with the Collector and Land of Lost Objects
-If I Were a Witch Man
--I'm a sucker for evil witches getting their comeuppance and it was pretty cool learning another relative of Egon's had ties to the supernatural and trapped a powerful entity in a spherical object until oops it got released by accident -- hmm, sounds familiar...
-The Haunting of Heck House
--Ghostbusters trapped in a haunted house. Nuff said.
