Proton Packs • Extra strap? GBFans ALICE frame straps

Could someone tell me where this extra strap goes?

I purchased the Alice frame straps from the GBFans shop. I used a YouTube video to determine how to put them on the frame, however there was an extra strap, which I am unsure where it should go…

Any help would be appreciated
