I haven't seen anyone that is specifically selling one.
I remember seeing a kit that worked with the rabidprototype stuff as an add on but I dont remember who made it.
If anyone actually knows one I'd love to hear it.
Your best bet would probably be an Arduino connected to a LED ring. you could power that off whatever kit you've already got in you pack.
I've got an Arduino either UNO or NANO connected to my BGfans Pack blaster board. It's drawing power off of the Switched terminals on the right side. I had to use a buck converter to decrease the voltage from the gbfans board because the Nano couldn't handle more than 5V. It sounds complicated but it's not really. I'll try to post a video (fyi my Arduino code is intentionally ... different from the typical afterlife one)
